This committee will have year round functions. Oversee Bash operations, ticket sales, and planning for the following years event. Make recommendations for expenditures related to the bash.

This committee will function year round. They will be responsible for collecting and evaluating By Law submissions year round and submitting them to the membership for first reading at the January meeting.

This committee will function as needed. The primary function of this committee will be to compare current contract, negotiation notes, and proposed new contract prior to voting before the membership to assure that the changes made are all understood completely. If any question as to context or meaning they can delay the voting till questions are clarified. The members of this committee will not serve on the negotiations committee.

This committee will function year round. Members will accept all incoming requests for charitable donations, support for community events, and sponsorship requests and evaluate them based on merit and community benefit and make recommendations as to which requests to fund at the regular meeting

This committee will function as needed. The primary function of this committee will to help the treasurer review expenses an formulate a proposed budget for the union to adopt before the membership at the regular meeting in January

This committee with have year round functions. Primary function will be set up FIRESAFE house schedule with Allegany and Garrett County schools each year in October / November and coordinate that schedule with the local fire departments that cover the areas the school serves. A secondary function will be set up maintaince schedule for FIRESAFE house, Truck and Union Van.  Monitor tags, insurance, repairs, and establish a usage policy for the Union truck and van for non union related events.

This committee will function as needed. Will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling, set up and running of the Charity golf tournament.

This committee will function as needed and serve as the liaison to the Department for Honor Guard functions

This committee will function as needed. Over see the set up of MDA related charity events (fill the boot, ect), Communications with MDA representatives for events our union participates in. They will also organize our participation in the month long Cancer awareness event.

This committee functions as needed and will set up fundraiser for PAC fund and also evaluate candidates for the Locals support and report their recommendations to the membership of the Local to act on.

This Committee will function year round. Representatives from the union, from each crew, will serve on this committee to help address safety issues within the department.

This committee will function as needed. Will be responsible for the monitoring of eligibility points of members, accepting and evaluating of applications, and submission to the treasurer for scholarship dispersal.

This committee will be responsible for helping organize social events for the members and families of the Local.
 

This committee will function year round and work with the crews to establish a station supply list and set cost per crew based on funding from the Vending Machines vs cost. They will also keep running supply list for each machine and order and stock as necessary. Problems or repairs with Machines should be refered to this committee
